Breakfast: California Breakfast Toast Recipe
Ingredients
2 tablespoons sun dried tomato pesto
1 Eggland's Best® hard cooked peeled egg, diced
1/2 avocado, diced
1 slice of bread
Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
Dice 1 hard cooked peeled egg and set aside.
Take half of an avocado and dice.
Toast one slice of bread and set it on plate.
Spread sun dried tomato pesto onto toast.
Top with diced hard cooked peeled egg and avocado.
Add of pinch of salt and black pepper and enjoy!
