Dessert: Chocolate Berry Biscuit Bombs

Recipe by Joanna Saltz This super-stuffed biscuits are the perfect thing for a casual brunch—or a laid-back dessert.

Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough, like Pillsbury Grands
1 c. Nutella spread
1 c. raspberry jam
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. Sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Unwrap both cans of biscuit dough. Roll out each biscuit into a flat circle. (You should need about 12 to fit a 9-inch cake pan.)
Put a tablespoon of Nutella in the center of half of the circles. Add a tablespoon of jam in the center of the other half. Roll each one into a ball, making sure the bottom is well-sealed.
Arrange the balls of dough in the cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven—dust the top with powdered sugar and sprinkles and serve warm.
