Health and fertility benefits of Hot and Spicy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
10 slices canned jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions

Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Mix together the Italian cheese blend, artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, cream cheese, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and crushed red pepper in a bowl until well blended.
Spread the dip into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese has melted and is bubbly, 20 to 25 minutes. Serve warm.
