Kale is an excellent source of calcium, which has an important role in egg maturation and follicle development in the ovaries. Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility. Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.
Ingredients
3 Pineapple Spears
2 c. kale
1 green apple
1/2 c. baby spinach
Instructions
In a blender, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
