Upgrade a classic concession-stand snack with fancy flavors.
Ingredients
6 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons kosher salt
15 cups popped popcorn (from about 3/4 cup kernels)
Instructions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat, and stir in Worcestershire sauce. Stir together sugar and next 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle butter mixture over popcorn, gently stirring as you drizzle. Sprinkle with spice mixture, gently stirring to coat.
