Lunch: Strawberry-Apricot Preserves

A fruity jam that's easy to make.

Ingredients

3 cups mashed ripe apricots
3 cups sugar
2 (3 oz) packages strawberry gelatin mix

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and cook 4 minutes at a rolling boil. Stir frequently. Skim. Pour into sterilized jars; seal. Makes 8 half-pint jars.
