Basil is an excellent stress reliever, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.

Ingredients

2 c. fresh cilantro (leaves and stems)
1 c. fresh basil leaves
1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c. crumbled cotija
1/4 c. almonds
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. kosher salt

Instructions

In the bowl of a food processor, combine cilantro, basil, and olive oil and pulse until combined. Add cotija, almonds, garlic, and salt and blend until combined.
Store in an airtight container up to 1 week.
