Snack: Hot Parmesan Artichoke Dip
Our spin on artichoke dip has a savory twist, because it's made with Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Patties.
Ingredients
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts
1 jar roasted sweet peppers
4 Morningstar Farms® Veggie Sausage Patties
1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1/3 c. Sliced green onions
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
6 stalk celery
1 cucumber
Instructions
Reserve 2 tablespoons cheese.
Combine artichoke hearts, peppers, patties, mayonnaise, remaining cheese, onion, and pepper. Spread in 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and parsley. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Garnish with green onions, if desired. Serve with celery and cucumber sticks. This recipe has been tested and endorsed by Kellogg and Morningstar Farms®.
