Ingredients

Canola oil, to coat pan
1 pint cremini mushrooms, stems trimmed, cut into sixths
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Heat the canola oil into a saute pan and saute the mushrooms until soft. Add the fresh thyme leaves and season with salt and pepper.
