3/4 cup lime juice
3/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 garlic cloves, pressed
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 cups mixed salad greens
Instructions
Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cover and chill 2 hours. Drizzle over salad greens.
