Lunch: Bacon Cheese Spread Recipe
Ingredients
1 package (12 ounces) bacon strips, chopped
1/2 cup chopped pecans
4 cups (1 pound) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet red pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Assorted crackers
Instructions
Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the next six ingredients. Stir in bacon. Serve with crackers.
