Ingredients

6 oz blue crab
2 tsps pepper or hot sauce
1 small stalk celery
1 tbsp green onion
2 tbsps mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups romaine lettuce

Instructions

1. Drain the blue crab well.

2. Mix all ingredients except the romaine with a spatula.
