Dessert: Blackberry White Chocolate S'Mores

Recipe by Lauren Miyashiro The combination of white chocolate and fresh blackberries are so much s'more than you could have asked for.

Ingredients

8 squares of white chocolate (from a 4-oz white chocolate bar)
8 graham crackers
8 large marshmallows
1/4 c. dulce de leche, warmed
1/2 c. blackberries, lightly smahsed

Instructions

Preheat oven to broil setting.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside. Break graham crackers in half and place 8 halves onto the baking sheet.
Top with white chocolate and broil for about 30 seconds, or until the chocolate begins to melt. (It may not look melted, but when you press down with your finger, it should be soft.)
Top the white chocolate with marshmallows. Return the pan to the oven and broil for 1-2 minutes, until the marshmallow is toasted. Remove the pan from the oven. Drizzle dulce de leche and place blackberries on top of each marshmallow. Top with remaining 8 graham crackers and enjoy immediately.
