Dinner: Turkey Meatballs
Lean, low fat and delicious turkey meatballs.
Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey
1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
3 large egg whites
1 cup bread crumbs
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients and shape into 1" balls.
2. Put in oven safe dish and bake at 350° F (175° C) until no longer pink inside.
3. Makes about 20 meatballs.
