1 cup organic oats
1 cup spinach
1 large carrot
2 wedges tomatoes
30 g mung beans
Instructions
1. Mix everything except oats and boil till soften.
2. Roast oats on a pan and mix with mixture.
3. Bring it to boil and serve spiced with salt and black pepper.
