Kale is an excellent source of calcium, which has an important role in egg maturation and follicle development in the ovaries.

Ingredients

1 bunch kale
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Remove kale leaves from stems with a knife or kitchen shears.
Tear kale leaves into bite-sized pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
Drizzle the kale with olive oil and salt.
Bake until kale is crisp, about 10-15 minutes.
Edges should be browned, but not burnt.
