Lunch: Ten-Minute Blackberry Cream Pie

A quick and easy delicious summertime pie!

Ingredients

1 (10 oz) package blackberries, fresh or frozen
3 tablespoons blackberry jam
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust, store-bought or homemade recipe follows
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping
1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

Put the blackberries in a bowl and mash them with a fork until broken up. Add the jam and mix until combined.
