1/4 cup gin
2 tablespoons Simple Syrup
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Ice
Club soda
Garnish: rosemary sprig
Instructions
Place gin, Simple Syrup, lemon juice, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Cover with lid, and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes; top with club soda. Garnish, if desired.
