Ingredients
1/3 c. lowfat buttermilk
1/3 c. reduced-fat sour cream
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
Coarse salt
ground pepper
1 head Boston lettuce
1 lb. sliced roasted turkey breast
1 avocado
1 c. alfalfa sprouts or pea shoots
6 radishes
4 carrots
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine buttermilk, sour cream, vinegar, and honey; season with salt and pepper. Set dressing aside.
