Ingredients
2 cups high-quality mayonnaise
1 cup chopped cooked bacon, plus 1/4 cup bacon drippings and fat
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lemon or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
Place the mayonnaise, bacon, drippings, salt, sugar, garlic, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, black pepper and lemon juice in a blender with 2 tablespoons of water and blend until smooth.
