Ingredients
1 celery sprig with top attached, divided
1/2 ounce blood orange olive oil
1 ounce blood orange juice
3/4 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
2 ounces cucumber vodka
1/2 ounce lemon lime soda
Instructions
Chop celery sprig in half; set leafy top to the side. Chop the remaining stalk finely, then muddle in a shaker.
Add olive oil, juices, simple syrup, and vodka to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with lemon-lime soda and garnish with remaining celery sprig.
