Baked: Flaxmeal Bread
Low carb bread made with flaxseed meal.

Ingredients
1 packet sweetener
2 cups flaxseed meal
1/3 cup vegetable oil
5 large eggs
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
3 tsps baking powder
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
2. In a 10x15" baking pan, line with parchment paper or oil.
3. Mix dry ingredients well.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry mix and combine well.
5. Pour batter into pan and spread from center. Leave an inch or two from sides for thicker bread.
6. Bake for 20 minutes until it springs back or its visibly brown.
7. Cool and cut.
