Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond meal flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsps unsweetened shredded coconut
4 1/2 oz egg whites
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4 oz unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
1. Mix all dry ingredients then stir in wet ingredients.
2. Make a thick paste and drop by spoonful's onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten to rounds with greased cup.
3. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 15-20 minutes.
