Dinner: Beef Curry
A lovely curry that can be made with cubed beef, chicken, or any meat you like.
Ingredients
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 dash salt
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 small onion
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
500 g ground beef
Instructions
1. Chop onions and sauté in olive oil in a pan.
2. Add the beef to the pan and cook halfway.
3. Mix all the spices together and add to the meat.
4. Add tomatoes and mix well.
5. Leave on flamer until curry well cooked.
6. Note: you can add loads of vegetables to the recipe, but to make low carb I have used more meat than vegetables.
