Ingredients
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
1 tsp olive oil
2 cups, without pits cherries
1 lime yields lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup sliced jalapeno
1/4 lb tilapia
Instructions
1. Chop the cherries, dice the onion and jalapeno, mince the cilantro and juice one lime.
2. Mix all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Brush tilapia with olive oil.
4. Salt and pepper the tilapia.
5. Grill for a few minutes on each side.
6. Top with the cherry salsa.
