Appetizer: Zucchini Patties
Terrific low carb patties.
Ingredients
1 large egg
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
1 small onion
2 medium zucchini
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
1. Beat egg.
2. Add salt and pepper to mix.
3. Add shredded zucchini.
4. Add chopped onion.
5. Heat oil.
6. Drop mixture into medium-hot oil by the spoonful.
7. Fry until patties are golden brown.
