2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons original hummus
3 stalks celery, diced
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
4 gluten-free, whole-grain wraps (such as LaTortilla Factory Gluten-Free Wrap)
4 cups field greens
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, mayonnaise, hummus, celery, pepper, and thyme.
Spread ½ cup chicken salad in the middle of 1 wrap. Top with 1 cup field greens. Fold left and right sides of the wrap in until they touch, and roll from the bottom to make a wrap.
Repeat procedure for remaining 3 wraps.
