Dinner: Shrimp Stir-Fry
A low carb stir-fry for one.
Ingredients
1/2 carrot
2 cloves garlic
1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
5 stalks green onions
7 oz shrimp, peeled
2 tbsps soy sauce, low sodium
1/3 tbsp butter flavored cooking spray, reduced calorie
Instructions
1. Heat skillet and coat with cooking spray.
2. When skillet is hot, add vegetables and soy sauce and stir regularly.
3. After about 5 minutes, add shrimp and cook until done.
4. Enjoy.
