Dinner: POHA AND OATS WADA - Mrs Vahchef
Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women Oats vada or oat wada is a indian innovative appetizer.It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. INGREDIENTS: Flattened rice 1 cup Oats ½ cup Green chillies 2 nos Curry leaves 1 spring Cumin seeds ½ tsp Salt To taste Red chilly powder ½ tsp Carrots(grated) 1 tbs Water as required Rice flour 2-3 tbs Oil To fry METHOD: 1. Take a bowl, add flattened rice, oats, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt, red chilly powder, grated carrots and mix it. 2. Sprinkle water, add rice flour and mix nicely. 3. Take small dumpling and make flat round vada, deep fry in oil and transfer into paper towel. 4. Now poha oats vada is ready to serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
