1 tsp dill
1 tsp pepper
2 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast meat
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup chopped sweet cucumber pickle
1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
Instructions
1. Cube the chicken breast.
2. Add to the chicken the mayonnaise, spices, raisins and cucumber.
3. Mix and serve.
4. Note: great on a bed of lettuce.
