Dinner: OATS UTHAPPAM - Horlicks Oats

This is a south Indian tiffin recipe served for breakfast and it is easy, healthy and instant to make it. INGREDIENTS: Oats 1 cup All purpose flour ½ cup Cooking soda 1 pinch Salt To taste Butter milk as required French beans(finely chopped) 1 tbs Onions(finely chopped) 1 tbs Spring onions(finely chopped) 1 tbs Green chillies(finely chopped) 1 tsp Carrots(finely chopped) 1 tbs Onions(finely chopped) 1 tbs Cumin seeds 1 tsp Oil 1 tsp METHOD: 1. Take a mixie jar, add oats to make a powder and transfer into a bowl. 2. Add all purpose flour, cooking soda, salt and mix nicely using buttermilk. 3. Take 1 ladleful on a pan and spread uttapam. 4. On its top add french beans, onions, spring onions, green chillies, carrots, onions, cumin seeds. 5. Add some oil and cook on both sides. 6. We can also make small uttapam and top it with vegetables as above and cook it on both sides. 7. Now oats uttapam is ready to serve.
