Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

2 c. fresh spinach
5 fresh mint leaves
1 c. 2-percent milk
6 ice cubes
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. peppermint extract

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
