1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 unit chicken breast
1 lemon wedges
1 cup italian tomatoes, diced
2 oz whole wheat pasta
Instructions
1. Grill thawed boneless chicken breast in non-stick pan coated with fat free cooking spray.
2. Shake on seasoning (like Mrs. Dash brand) on top and bottom of breasts. Let cook, until golden brown.
3. As the breasts are grilling, boil whole wheat pasta till al dente.
4. Drain pasta. Slice lemon wedges and place in small bowl.
5. Add Italian diced tomatoes to chicken in same pan. Let cook, until tomatoes are warm.
6. Serve chicken breast with tomato mixture, portion of pasta and a lemon wedge.
7. Add grilled vegetables to your liking. Enjoy!
