Lunch: Peanut Butter Bread
An easy quick bread recipe that goes great with jam.
Ingredients
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 °.
Combine dry ingredients. Add milk and peanut butter. Pour into a greased 8x4x3-inch loaf pan. Bake for approximately 50 minutes. Serve with with your favorite jam. Makes 1 loaf.
