Ingredients
2 tsp minced garlic
4 large chicken breasts
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 1/2 tsps cumin
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsps kosher salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Puree all ingredients except the chicken in a food processor until smooth.
2. Marinate the chicken in the marinade for about an hour in the fridge (or overnight).
3. Broil chicken for 12 - 15 minutes.
