Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

1/3 cup green string beans
2 jumbo eggs
1 cup cream
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 dash pepper
1 dash salt
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup spinach
1 oz peppers
1/4 cup water

Instructions

1. In an ovenproof pyrex dish, steam the washed spinach, and other vegetables for about 5 minutes, just to soften a little.

2. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the cream and water. Add the grated cheese, salt and pepper, mix well.

3. Mix the vegetables around in the pyrex dish. Leave to cool a little before pouring the liquids in.

4. Sprinkle with a little cheese and bake for about 35 minutes in a 375 °F (190 °C).

5. Serve with baby spinach or leafy greens.
