Dinner: Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

Vegetable cooking spray
1 bag hash-brown potatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese
2 c. sour cream
2 can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
1 onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
ground black pepper

Instructions

Spray a 3-quart shallow baking dish with the cooking spray. Stir all the ingredients in a large bowl and spread the mixture into the baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 1/2 hours or until the potatoes are tender and the top is lightly browned.
For a browner top: The dish may be put under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes after baking.
