12 oz black beans
6 corn tortillas, cut into squares
16 oz mexican blend shredded cheddar cheese, low fat

Instructions

1. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray like Pam.

2. Layer the bottom with the tortilla squares.

3. Layer next with diced chicken.

4. Mix together cottage cheese, black beans and salsa.

5. Pour mixture over the chicken layer.

6. Make the top layer the cheese.

7. Bake in oven at 350° F (175° C) for 30 minutes.
