Strawberry Vodka
1 bottle vodka (about 25 ounces)

Instructions
In a shaker, add the strawberries and lightly crush or muddle. Add the simple syrup, strawberry-flavored vodka, and lemon juice and shake to combine. Add the Champagne as needed. Cook's Note: Amount will change depending on the serving glass. To combine, gently transfer the mixture back and forth between each cup of the shaker. Strain into a Champagne glass and enjoy.
To make strawberry vodka: In a pitcher, or another bottle, combine the vodka and strawberries. Let the vodka sit for at least 24 hours. The longer the strawberries soak the more their flavor will infuse into the vodka. Use when needed in recipe.
