Ingredients

1 cup crème fraîche
1 tablespoon chopped canned chipotle chiles in adobo
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Pulse all sauce ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl and chill, covered, until ready to use.
