Ingredients

1/4 tbsp paprika
2 tsps turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped red cabbage
1 clove garlic
2 tsps ginger
1 tbsp chopped red onion
1 tbsp parsley
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 package spinach
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

Instructions

1. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add bell peppers and sauté 1 minute.

3. Add onion and sauté 1 minute.

4. Reduce heat to medium; stir in cabbage, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

5. Add chicken and remaining ingredients except for spinach. Cook 5 minutes stirring frequently.

6. Stir in drained spinach and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes or until chicken is done.
