Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients

2 cups spinach
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 medium bananas
6 oz nonfat strawberry banana yogurt
1 cup filtered water
