Lunch: Buffalo Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 c. buffalo sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. On a large baking sheet, toss cauliflower with buffalo sauce. Roast until tender crispy, stirring once, 20 to 25 minutes.
