Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility. Basil is an excellent stress reliever, and has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits.
Ingredients
1 package cream cheese
1 package artichoke hearts
1 c. steamed spinach
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 clove garlic
6 large fresh basil leaves
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, mayo, Parmesan, garlic, basil, salt, and pepper. Spoon into the baking dish. Top with the mozzarella. Bake until bubbling and the top is golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or toasted rustic bread.
