Ingredients
4 oz turkey sausage
2 cups broccoli, frozen
Instructions
1. Put frozen broccoli in a microwavable container.
2. Chop low fat turkey Polish sausage and add to container.
3. Cover and microwave for 3-4 minutes.
4. Uncover and eat. No additional salt, sauce, butter or water is needed.
