Drink: Red Ginger Juice

Ingredients

1 lime
1 beet
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
1 pear, sliced
4 stalks, celery
1 fennel bulb, chopped
1 (1/4-inch) piece ginger root
1 (1/4-inch) piece turmeric root

Instructions

Juice the lime using a manual citrus juicer. Juice the remaining ingredients in a juice, and then combine with the lime juice. Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
