Dinner: Slow-Cooker Chili Verde

Up your chili game with a little morning prep and your slow cooker. Enchilada sauce is the secret ingredient in our hearty and flavorful green chili.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 lb pork loin boneless rib chops
1 lb baby Dutch yellow potatoes
2 cans (10 oz each) Old El Paso™ green enchilada sauce
1 1/2 cups water
Chopped fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice and crema Mexicana, as desired for toppings

Instructions

Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.
Cut 1 1/2 lb pork loin boneless rib chops into bite-size pieces. Rub seasoning mixture into pork. Add to slow cooker.
Rinse 1 lb baby Dutch yellow potatoes well; add to slow cooker. Add 2 cans (10 oz each) Old El Paso™ green enchilada sauce and 1 1/2 cups water. Gently stir to mix water and sauce.
Cover; cook on High heat setting 6 hours.
Serve with desired toppings.
