Dinner: Apricot Chicken

Very tasty chicken with a great apricot sauce.

Ingredients

1 dash pepper, to taste
1 dash salt, to taste
8 thighs, bone and skin removed chicken thighs
1 packet onion soup mix
14 oz canned apricot halves, drained
14 oz canned apricot nectar

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).

2. Place chicken in baking dish.

3. In a small bowl mix together soup mix and apricot nectar. Pour over chicken.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Bake for 55 minutes.
