Snack: Tempt-Me Tahini Dip

This tasty tahini dip is a great starter, especially when paired with Shrimply Scrumptious shrimp cocktail!

Ingredients

Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 c. tahini (Find it near the international foods or peanut butter in your grocery store.)
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. rice vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
1 tbsp. sesame oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Transfer to a fancy serving dish if you'd like and dip in!
