1/4 cup dried tart cherries
1/4 cup dried apricots, sliced
1/4 cup golden raisins
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon whole-grain mustard
3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Dash of kosher salt
6 small dried figs, quartered
1 (8-ounce) wheel Brie cheese
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes. Stir mixture; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until bubbly. Serve warm fruit over Brie.
